If a driver cannot be assigned to your order, the delivery request may be delayed or canceled. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and can help switch the order to pickup or arrange another solution.

Once your order has been picked up by the courier, delivery timing and handling are managed by DoorDash. While we are happy to assist in contacting DoorDash if any issues arise, we cannot guarantee delivery times or assume responsibility for delays, damages, or other issues once the order has been picked up.

For the freshest food and best experience, we recommend choosing pickup whenever possible.
